Cut all of it into pieces that will slide nicely onto skewer sticks.
Take everything except the sausage and put into large bowl add bottle of lawerys.
Soak for at least an hour stirring ingredients often to make sure al get soaked.
Soak skewers in water for at least half hr ensuring they wont catch on fire in bbq.
Put all of it on skewers alternating ingredients including sausage.
Bbq til chicken is cooked and enjoy.
